Refund Policy

We want you to love your SafiCalm purchase. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, eye massagers and heating/massage belts are returnable only if unopened and still in their sealed original packaging.
Gift cards and final-sale items are not returnable.

How to start a return

Email saficalm@outlook.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
