Order your usual size. If you are between sizes or prefer a gentler fit, size up — shapewear should feel firm, never painful. Every product page carries the measurements for that style, and our range runs from S to 6XL on most pieces.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-10 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships, and tracking can be quiet for the first couple of days — that is normal.
Is shipping really free?
U.S. shipping is free on orders over $45. Orders under $45 are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes — for hygiene reasons, please try shapewear on over your own underwear. If the fit is not right, contact us at saficalm@outlook.com and we will walk you through the options in our refund policy.
How do I put on a full-body shaper?
Step in and pull it up gradually, a section at a time, rather than pulling from the straps. Fasten hooks from the bottom up, then the zipper. It takes an extra minute the first time — after that it is quick.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold or machine wash on gentle in a laundry bag, and hang to dry. Skip the dryer — heat breaks down the compression fibers.
